Where are you located?

Our normal departure point is the Fuel Dock at Anclote Village Marina, located at 1029 Baillies Bluff Road, Holiday, FL 34691.

Rental Eligibility?

Florida Law requirement
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a vessel powered by 10 horsepower or more must pass an approved boater safety course and have in his/her possession photographic identification and a boating safety education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. General Rules for all Vessels

  • Must sign waiver before departure.
  • Children under 13 must wear life vests at all times - it's the law!
  • No glass bottles, cans only.
  • Feel free to bring and consume food and drinks while onboard. Alcohol is ok, but only in moderation.

What is included?

We provide staff at the harbor and safety equipment (eg: life jackets).

What is NOT included in pricing?

Prices shown for each package do not include taxes or fuel, excluding sunset cruises.


Boat Rentals Rules of our Vessel

  • All safe boating regulations must be followed including no wake zones
  • The operator of the vessel is prohibited to consume alcohol or drugs of any kind
  • No Smoking or E-cigarettes
  • Equipment must be returned on time
  • No one under 21 can operate boats and must meet the rental eligibility
  • No pets are allowed on Deck Boats

Frequently asked questions

None of our boats are allowed beyond the barrier islands (offshore). Refer to maps for approved operation area. All boats have GPS locators.

Maximum Passengers: 8 (not exceeding 1354 lbs)
Do not overload boats; you will be fined. When loading people and gear on boats, try to evenly distribute weight both side-to-side and front to back. This will make for safer operation and ensure that the bow does not plow through large waves that you may encounter. Max weight with all gear 1354 for Pontoon rental

You are not allowed to let anyone other than the primary renter use or operate the boat.
